Sicily Wedding Company grew from a combination of marketing, music, photography, film and hands-on event production experience. Based in Palermo, we work with a selected network of photographers, filmmakers, musicians, DJs and technicians across Sicily.
Our founders bring more than a decade of marketing experience and an international background, together with professional music and visual production experience throughout Italy. Clear English-language communication is part of how we work with planners abroad.
Whether you are planning from London, New York, Copenhagen or closer to home, the brief stays yours. Our role is to help make its production workable on the ground.

Do you work under the planner’s direction?
Yes. You lead the planning and client relationship. We support the agreed creative and technical production, coordinating with you and the relevant professionals.
Can we book just one service?
Yes. Engage us for an individual service or combine several. The scope is tailored to your brief, rather than a fixed all-inclusive package.
Do you work throughout Sicily?
We are based in Palermo and work across Sicily. Travel, venue access and event-specific logistics are reviewed for each quotation.
Can you support multi-day celebrations?
We can discuss coverage, entertainment and production across welcome events, the wedding day and farewell gatherings. Each event’s services and logistics are agreed separately within the overall brief.
Can you work alongside our existing suppliers?
Yes. Tell us who is already involved so we can discuss how our services fit within the wider team, timeline and production requirements.
